WOULD you tell your best friend if you KNEW their significant other was cheating?

The topic of cheating gets everyone moving and grooving in their seats… especially women! From the internet to Reality T.V shows men and women alike are constantly being EXPOSED for their cheating ways. So people cheat! That’s not news, but let’s throws a little twist into the equation. What would you do if you one day you just happened to be out and about and ran into your best friends significant other (boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, ect.,) with someone OTHER than your best friend? I remember my grandmother telling me once don’t stick your nose in sh*t because it stinks. With that being said, what’s the right thing to do? Tell? And risk your friend turning on you because there’s NO WAY their significant other would cheat? Or NOT tell and risk your friend hating you for keeping something so sacred away from them.
Personally, I’m on the fence with this one. I believe this is something that should work itself out. What’s done in the dark will always come to the light, is my philosophy, however you have to evaluate your relationship. Is this person someone that will value this information? Or will they ultimately resent you for revealing the information. Bottom line: It’s NOT your business! People get caught up in other people’s business everyday and create unnecessary drama that could be avoided if they simply tended to their own dry existences. What if you actually saw the person with a family member and quickly jumped to the WRONG conclusion? Then you’ve created a rift that didn’t previously exist.
At the end of the day you have to decide whether revealing such information is for your friends benefit or your own! Revealing the butt naked truth may cost you a friend or just leave you… butt naked. (No pun) Give me your thoughts! STORY VIA BUTNAKEDTRUTH

Barack Obama Jokes About Jay-Z and Taylor Swift, Walks Out to DJ Khaled

First, Barack Obama walked out with DJ Khaled's "All I Do Is Win" as his introduction song. Coming to the podium, he joked, "How do you like my new entrance music?" He then referenced the extreme right wing pundit (who's also been critical of Beyoncé lately) saying, "Rush Limbaugh warned you about this -- second term baby!"
Then, during his opening monologue (at the 4:15 mark of the video above), he referenced Jay-Z and Beyoncé's recent controversial trip to Cuba, and Hova's response track "Open Letter."
"This whole controversy with Jay-Z going to Cuba; it's unbelievable," said Obama. "I've got 99 problems, and now Jay-Z's one!"
People have been cracking "99 Problems" jokes for quite some time (since the hit song came out on "The Black Album" in 2004) but hearing Obama bring it back was worth quite a laugh.
Later on, Obama commented on the budget sequester issue, saying, "Republicans fell in love with this thing, and now they can't stop talking about how much they hate it. It's like we're trapped in a Taylor Swift album."

The First Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably toassemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

I am beginning this rant with the definition of the First Amendment to be clear on WHAT is protected by the law. Many are confused and cite law without regard to its true meaning; thus erroneously invoking invisible rights. The first amendment does NOT protect obscenity, child pornography, true threats, fighting words, incitement to imminent lawless action, criminal solicitation or defamation. So now that we have this cleared up; let me begin with my total and utter disdain for the actions, words and posts of many Americans across the country this past week.

It is no surprise that many were angry at the results of the Presidential election. For the past four years, our country has been in one of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. Many lost jobs, homes, and savings thus becoming homeless; including myself. Some blamed the President for not doing enough; others accepted it as an inheritance from the Bush administration and trudged forward. I was on the fence. Personally, I felt the President was not doing enough to create jobs; while congress presented many obstacles for passing bills to create jobs, I still had very strong convictions against the President. I was discouraged, angry and downright terrified about my future.

As the election grew closer, I became interested in the views of BOTH sides. I knew the country was torn on the health care issue, but we also had 24 million unemployed Americans that were not lazy welfare recipients, but hardworking people caught in a downward spiral of a crashing economy. I decided to watch ALL of the debates with an open mind searching for a candidate I could identify with and had a REAL plan of action. Majority of my black friends had already made their mind up about Obama. The “My President IS black” slogan was getting old; I mean…He is mixed like me… I am only black when it is convenient; (insert sarcasm). I was NOT going to vote for someone because his or her skin is brown… period!

I listened to the President speak on numerous occasions; citing that he is aware we are STILL out of work, but he also outlined a specific plan to create more jobs. By the third debate I felt a serious disconnect with Romney; this man constantly proposed one thing and then said another. I combed the internet searching for his “plan”… I NEVER found it. I then researched his background; it was interesting that he was responsible for outsourcing several thousand jobs overseas to cut costs for his company; ironically one of the companies I used to work for years ago. That did not sit well with me. Then there were his ever-changing policies on women’s rights. While I have heard those argue against the fact that once he got into office he would NOT abolish programs like Planned Parenthood; in one debate he was quoted as saying we need to preach abstinence not sex education; I am assuming he has never seen 16 and pregnant (again insert sarcasm). I had one big disconnect with this Millionaire running for President; and then there was President Obama.

I was an undecided voter to say the least, but by the time Election Day had come I had made my decision and it was NOT Roseanne Bar. I felt compelled to give our President another chance to make it right in this country. Four years was hardly enough time to settle into the white house and fix the tragedies to which he inherited from the previous EIGHT years. A few short hours passed and the results yielded a winner; A second term for our President, Barack Obama. I was not jumping for joy, but I was satisfied this country made the right decision… my intuition begged me not to vote for Romney and I listened.

Social media soared with posts on both sides; those FOR and AGAINST Obama, friends were divided… families were fighting… all in the spotlight of the WORLD. Instagram was filled with hilarious, antidotal pictures of a conceding Romney; and then came the REAL anger. I began seeing people I went to junior high and high school with posting racial insinuations about the Presidents landside (electoral vote) win… BUT it got deeper…racist posts did not stop there… people began making assassination threats against the President and his children… evil rants beneath pictures of the first daughters calling them the N word and Monkeys (these ARE children)… and the infamous N-word was being thrown around like a football in a field. Our country was divided… once again… by color.

What is interesting was NOT one of these racist posts included a rant about the so-called policies of our President they despised… only their racial hatred for the color of his skin; a scapegoat nevertheless. Today a woman was fired from her job after going on a racial rant citing the hopes of someone assassinating our President. Yet she does not see the err in her ways. (As she was exercising her right to FREE speech) and now SHE is being threatened (oh the irony)… Has America even progressed in the last 300 years? Are WE NOT as divided as we were some 200 years ago when the civil war raged on to end slavery? Are we not as divided as we were when MLK Jr. marched the hate-filled streets of Selma and as divided, as we were the day Rodney King was nearly beaten to death; how can America, friends, family, and citizens recover from this blatant disdain for one another… because of the color of our skin?

Michael Jackson’s $40 BILLION Wrongful Death Trial Begins

Four years after Michael Jackson’s death on the eve of his attempted career reboot, jury selection began in the $40 billion wrongful death suit  filed by the late pop icon’s family against concert promoter AEG Live.

While the Jacksons claim that the company behind Jackson’s planned 50-date “This Is It” show in London should be held responsible for his death on June 25, 2009, AEG is expected to argue that Jackson was to blame for his passing at age 50.

Jackson family claims:
Jackson struggled for decades with an addiction to powerful prescription pain and sleeping medication. Lawyers for Jackson’s mother, Katherine, and his three children are expected to blame AEG Live for hiring Dr. Conrad Murray, a cardiologist who is behind bars on involuntary manslaughter  charges after it was determined that he gave Jackson a lethal dose of the surgical anesthetic propofol, which resulted in his death.

It’s possible that Katherine Jackson and eldest children Prince and Paris could testify in the trial, which may last several months. The $40 billion figure is the equivalent of what Jackson could have earned for the rest of his life from performing and recording. The suit went forward after a judge determined that lawyers for the estate had provided enough evidence that AEG Live was negligent in hiring Murray and should have known that the doctor would use dangerous combinations of prescription drugs to treat the singer’s chronic insomnia.

One of the keys to the family’s case is an e-mail sent by AEG Live Co-CEO Paul Gongaware 11 days before Jackson’s death that provides evidence that “This Is It” show director Kenny Ortega expressed concerns to Murray about Jackson’s health the previous day. “We want to remind (Murray) that it is AEG, not MJ, who is paying his salary,” read the e-mail. “We want to remind him what is expected of him.”

Lawyers for the Jackson family will argue that the e-mail is proof that AEG Live traded on Murray’s fear of losing his lucrative gig taking care of Jackson to pressure him to do whatever it took to get the singer ready for the concerts, regardless of Jackson’s fragile condition.

Conrad Murray started treating Jackson six days a Week in May 2009, but it wasn’t until the night before the singer’s death that he officially signed his service contract with AEG Live; Putnam said AEG Live’s executives never signed the contract. story via http://mp3waxx.com

Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa is reportedly suing a concert promoter for $1 million over a cancelled concert.

Wiz claims that the It’s My Party, Inc. hired him to perform at George Mason University for $85,000 and a portion of the concert profits, but It’s My Party cancelled the show at the last second over supposed lackluster ticket sales. However, Wiz contends that the manner in which It’s My Party, Inc. handled the concert damaged his reputation.
